Receptionist
As a receptionist at Getteröns Camping, you are responsible for ensuring that our guests are happy and feel welcome. You are the face of the company and the first person guests meet on arrival. Your duties will include checking in and out guests, handling reservations, making phone calls, and collaborating with other departments to ensure that daily routines run smoothly.
We are looking for a positive person with a strong sense of service and a passion for meeting people. You should be good at handling stressful situations and have the ability to work both independently and in a team. Fluency in Swedish and English is required to communicate with our international guests, and knowledge of German is a merit.
The position is part-time during spring and fall, and full-time during the high season. The work will start at the end of April and continue until mid-September when the campsite will close. Training will take place in the spring.
Getteröns Camping is one of Halland’s largest holiday facilities and is located on a peninsula just 4 km from central Varberg. We have 460 campsites and 25 cottages and are open from mid-April to mid-September. We offer activities such as mini golf, kids club, yoga, restaurant and bar, games room, relaxation area and a great service from our staff team.
The staff who work at the campsite and at the reception are the heart of our business and where we put enormous focus on well-being and joy. Working with great colleagues close to you at all levels of the company is what makes our campsite special.

Children's club
As an activity leader, it is important to have a high degree of creativity and a sense of responsibility in order to provide the children with a safe and fun experience. It is also important that you are responsive and communicate well with both children and parents. During weekends and the high season, our children’s club is busy and as an activity leader it is your task to plan and implement different activities for the children. It can be anything from crafts and baking to football and crab fishing. The sky’s the limit and it’s up to you and your colleague to make sure the children have a memorable stay with us. We want you to have a genuine passion for working with children and a positive attitude. We also encourage you to be creative and think outside the box to give kids a memorable vacation. Having experience and education is an advantage but it is not a requirement to apply for the job. The ages of the children who usually participate are around 3-12 years old and the job is both indoor and outdoor. So if you’re ready to have crafty indoor days when it’s raining, or to get a nice t-shirt tan at the crab fishing, – then this is a “hand-in-glove” job for you!

Restaurant
Summer jobs available at Brasseriet!
Our restaurant Brasseriet is looking for happy and positive colleagues for the summer season. We appreciate experience in similar work, but it is not a requirement – with the right attitude, anything can be learned!
We are looking for staff for serving, bar, cashier, kitchen and more, who can work between April and September with varying working hours. Delivering excellent service is essential in our workplace!
We are looking for a permanent chef / restaurant manager
In addition to summer staff, we are now looking for a permanent chef or restaurant manager who wants to be involved in the long-term development of Brasseriet.
The role includes responsibility for the kitchen and daily operations, menu planning, purchasing, scheduling and work management.
We are looking for you who are confident in your role, like responsibility and want to be part of a committed team where cooperation and well-being are in focus.
The position is suitable for those who want to work both operationally and with a holistic perspective in a vibrant and seasonal business.
Cooks
If you are passionate about cooking, you are the right person for us! We will have a simple menu with delicious dishes such as pasta, burgers, fish n chips, schnitzel and the like. Maybe you have your own ideas?
We are looking for a chef who likes personal responsibility and taking initiative, who is social, stress-resistant and thrives in a fast pace. Good collaboration skills are important, while you need to be able to work both with others and independently at certain stages.
The work is during the period April-September. The working hours vary between part-time during low season and full-time during high season, which means that you need to be able to work evenings. We strive to have fun at work and create a good working climate here at Brasseriet!
Waiter / Waitress
We are looking for you who want a fun summer job with great colleagues and fantastic guests. We would like to see that you have some experience of similar work, but it is not a requirement, the desire to learn is the most important thing!
The work includes serving, bar, cashier etc. and takes place during the period April-September with varying working hours. Providing good service is A and O with us!
The brasserie – the heart of the campsite!
The campsite restaurant Brasseriet is the heart of the campsite. The restaurant should provide a pleasant environment where you can enjoy good food and drink and socialize with friends. Everyone is welcome, both on two and four legs.
We serve good and simple food without unnecessary fuss, such as burgers, pizzas, salads and other small and tasty things. Our employees are the heart of our business and we put great focus on well-being and joy.

Cleaners
Join our fantastic cleaning team – apply today!
Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for customer service? If so, you could be the perfect addition to our team. We are looking for staff from April to September. In spring it is part-time and in summer it is full-time. As part of our cleaning team, you will work in our cottages, service houses, restaurant & staff areas. Hygiene plays an important role in our guests’ experience and our cleaning team is highly appreciated by our guests.
We are looking for people who are meticulous, enjoy varied tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment, both when working alone and in groups. Experience in the service industry with knowledge of hygiene and sanitation for a service establishment is advantageous. You must be able to speak Swedish or English.
