The activity program<\/strong> for the children’s club can be found on our website under the tab “activities” and in our service houses. The children’s club runs during the high summer.
WASTE<\/strong> Garbage is disposed of in the ground containers located at service buildings A, B and C, see map. Only waste water is emptied into the outlets. Glass and charcoal\/ash are disposed of in separate containers.
Sauna <\/strong>There is a men’s and women’s sauna at the campsite. For current opening hours see here<\/a>. The sauna is free of charge.
Payment of<\/strong> the stay is made in advance by card or swish. Or at reception if this has been agreed. The due date is stated on the confirmation. We do not accept cash at reception, only card payments or swish.<\/p>\n

ACCOMMODATION UNIT<\/strong> Only 1 accommodation unit is allowed per site<\/p>\n

BOM<\/strong> An activated barrier card is required to enter the area. These are available at reception at the time of check-in. 
FIRE<\/strong> In case of emergency: rescue first, call SOS alarm on 112 and contact the reception, extinguish the fire.
FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT<\/strong> Available on site, see map.

BUS<\/strong> The bus stops at the bus stop at Tempo. Tour list available at reception and on www.hallandstrafiken.se<\/a>
BOAT <\/strong>The Getter\u00f6 boats run from midsummer until August from the marina 1st bay on Getter\u00f6n and from Kungatrappan below the customs chamber in Varberg harbor. Timetable available at reception or here<\/a>.
BICYCLE RENTAL<\/strong> Bicycles can be rented at the reception or online<\/a>. Helmets are available to borrow.
SHOWERS<\/strong> Hot water in the showers requires an activated shower card. 4 kr gives hot water for 2 minutes. Excess shower money will be refunded.
Shower\/boom cards <\/strong>that are lost or cards that are returned damaged, marked or drawn on are charged a fee of SEK 50.
Electricity consumption<\/strong> is included for overnight guests. Before\/after and full season guests pay 2.5 SEK per kwh. To see their electricity consumption, pre\/post and full season guests can get their own login at the reception. It allows guests to turn their electricity on and off themselves, even when they are not at the campsite.
LOCKER<\/strong> Available in the reception, the Brasserie and the workshop.
EXTENSION OF STAY<\/strong> If guests wish to extend their stay, this must be done at the reception and then paid at the same time as the extension or extend their stay during our online booking<\/a>. Getter\u00f6ns camping never guarantees that the guest can extend the current pitch. This is because someone else may have booked the seat online or by phone.
ACCESSIBILITY <\/strong>Our accessible toilet and shower are located in service building A.
HEART STARTER<\/strong> Available outside the reception and outside service building C.
CHECK-IN <\/strong>Check-in is no earlier than 15:00 on the day of arrival. If guests know that they will not be able to check in before the reception closes, they must contact the campsite staff and inform them of this.
COMPLAINTS\/SPONSES<\/strong> We welcome your comments so that we can improve! Please notify the reception as soon as a problem arises so that we can resolve it. Complaints made after the end of the rental period will not be considered.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

CASH-FREE FACILITY<\/strong> As of the 2018 season, we no longer accept cash.
REFRIGERATION CLAMPS<\/strong> You can change your refrigeration clamps or buy pre-frozen refrigeration clamps at the Tempo supermarket.
LATRINE EMPTYING <\/strong>There is a possibility to empty latrine containers in all service houses. The fixed tank station is located behind service building C.<\/p>\n

REBOOKINGS <\/strong>Must be made during the current season.
MINIGOLF <\/strong>Our mini golf course is open daily during reception opening hours. Clubs and balls can be rented at reception.
NIGHT GUARD\/HOURLY STAFF<\/strong> The night guard can be reached on 079-353 74 05. At night, security companies can be reached in case of disturbances. The guest who disturbed the order will be charged a call-out fee of SEK 2500. When a guard is called out for non-disruptive matters, the guest who called is charged. However, this does not apply to technical faults in installations. <\/p>\n

PLACEMENT OF WAGONS <\/strong>All wagons\/caravans must be backed into the plots, with any pull out towards the booked street and the awning + caravan must be placed within the red stones on each plot. There should be 4 meters between teams. Our caravan sites are for motorhomes only, campsites are mainly for caravans, but you can have both tents and motorhomes there – as long as you follow the distance rules!
POST<\/strong> Mailboxes are located at Tempo and are emptied on weekdays. Mail can be forwarded and can be picked up at the reception desk.

MEDICAL<\/strong> INFORMATION For 24-hour information, call 1177.
SIZE <\/strong>Caravans and motor homes must be of a size that complies with the campsite’s distance rules. If a guest has booked too small a pitch, the campsite cannot guarantee that another pitch will be available.
