Check-out is by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. <\/p>

Electricity on site<\/em><\/p>

Our preseason and postseason sites are rented without electricity. Upon check-out, you will pay for the electricity you have used. <\/p>

Price: 2.50 SEK\/kWh.<\/p>

We have a 16-ampere power supply throughout the campground. Our electrical outlets require a CEE plug. The cross-sectional area of the connection cable must be at least 2.5 mm\u00b2 and of type A07BB or H07RN-F. No splices are allowed between the power pole and the trailer. <\/p>

Water and Sewer<\/em><\/p>

If you have reserved a site with water and sewer service, there is an additional fee for this.<\/p>

All information regarding the location and dates of your reservation is listed in your booking confirmation.<\/p>

Upon check-out, the site must be restored to its original condition, including by removing gravel, etc.<\/p>

Your Accommodations During Your Stay<\/em><\/p>

Once the trailer has been delivered, the guest is responsible for maintaining the lot, such as by mowing the lawn.<\/p>

Caravans and awnings should be placed within the red stones of the site.<\/p>

All RVs must be parked with the tow bar facing the designated street.<\/p>

Only one housing unit is allowed per leased plot.<\/p>

All travel trailers and motorhomes must be backed into the lot.<\/p>

According to our rules and those of the emergency services, there must be at least 4 meters between trailers and RVs. Terms and Conditions for the Pre-Season and Post-Season<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our preseason and postseason sites are rented out without electricity. Upon checkout, you will pay for the electricity you have used at a rate of 2.50 SEK\/kWh. If you have booked a site with water and sewer service, an additional fee will apply. Upon checkout, the site must be restored to its original condition, including the removal of gravel, etc. Starting at check-in, the guest is responsible for maintaining the site, such as mowing the lawn. In your booking confirmation, you\u2019ll find all the information about your reserved site and the dates of your stay, as well as any fees for water and sewer service. It\u2019s up to you, as the guest, to verify that all the details on the confirmation are correct. <\/p>

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after the front desk\u2019s hours of operation, please notify us no later than the day of arrival. Check-out is no later than 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. Failure to comply will result in a fee. <\/p>

Our electrical outlets require a CEE plug. The cross-sectional area of the connection cable must be at least 2.5 mm\u00b2 and of type A07BB or H07RN-F. No splices may be used between the power pole and the RV. The RV and awning must be placed within the red stones on the site, and all RVs must be positioned with the front facing the reserved street, as specified by R\u00e4ddningstj\u00e4nsten V\u00e4st. Only one residential unit is permitted per leased lot. Propane systems must be approved in accordance with applicable regulations. <\/p>

Once the trailer has been delivered, the guest is responsible for mowing the lawn on the property. The maximum total height for fences and windbreaks is 140 cm. Fences or windbreaks must not be erected in such a way that they obstruct access to adjacent lots. Stakes for fences, windbreaks, or similar structures may be driven into the ground no deeper than 30 cm to avoid damaging the campground\u2019s underground utility lines. If the stakes are driven in deeper than 30 cm and the electrical cable is damaged, the guest is liable to pay for the labor and material costs. <\/p>
