Christian is a person with a lot of experience with food and people, he is passionate about making it both taste good and feel good!

The brasserie offers something for every taste. From juicy burgers, fish n chips and more, to pizzas and pasta. During the summer, guests can also enjoy themed evenings, where everything from seafood fritters to barbecue buffets set the mood for a wonderful evening on our fantastic peninsula.
The Brasserie offers a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere, where visitors can enjoy their meal both inside the restaurant or on our outdoor terrace and enjoy the evening sun. This makes Brasseriet a gathering place for both campers and visitors who want to relax, eat well and enjoy the environment.
Events
Wonderful theme evenings during the summer with everything from shrimp feast, quiz, troubadour to magic shows for the smaller campers. A warm welcome to us at Brasseriet and experience the best of summer!
